How do I get started with tutoring?
Just head to the enrollment page and create an account. Let us know about your needs and preferences, and when you’re ready you can purchase classes and book lessons.
Can I modify my tutoring schedule?
Absolutely! You can book course up to a month in advance, and change them up to twenty-four hours before the time. But we get it with medical professionals, and will work with you.
What is your policy on session cancellations?
Don’t worry, we understand that things come up in the medical profession. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to full payment, but may be rescheduled before that. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs to allow rescheduling around legitimate emergencies.
How does tutoring session billing work?
To ensure a smooth process, we require pre-purchasing of classes before a session can be booked. Multiple sessions can be purchased for savings and used as needed.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a $20.00 USD introductory session for all new students, where you can meet the instructor and get a feel for the lessons.
