Trial Classes
One time trial classes are available for $20.00 USD. Only one trial may be purchased per student.
Trial classes are 25 minutes in length. They must be booked withing thirty days of purchase, and are otherwise subject to the same cancellation and refund policy as normal class sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled by students up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Canceled classes will restore unused session credits to the student’s account, which can be used to schedule other classes.
Because our students are largely busy medical professionals, we recognize that legitimate work emergencies occur at a higher rate than in the non-medical field. So within twenty-four hours, the instructor may allow for changes and cancellations entirely at their discretion.
This is reserved strictly for emergency changes, and you must reach out to the instructor as early as possible, even if it’s at the last minute. No-shows without any attempt to reach the instructor will be charged for the class. Final decisions about allowing last-minute cancellations or changes lie with the class instructor.
Refund Policy
Once session credits are purchased, they are non-refundable unless very special circumstances arise. Contact your instructor in this case.
